Our Family Department deals with the following matters:
10. Domestic Violence
We are able to offer appointments at short notice when a person has been subjected to any form of domestic violence or feels that they are at risk of being subjected to domestic violence whether it be verbal, physical or emotional from their spouse or someone they have been in a relationship with or family member. We will advise you on the best form of action to take to protect you and consider attending Court to obtain emergency protective injunctive orders. We are able to do this without advising the other party that an application is being made.
