There are various applications that we can assist you with under this heading. Applications can be made for your spouse, same sex partner, children, parents, grandparents and other dependent relatives to come to, or to remain, in the United Kingdom.
They may apply either come on a temporary basis, such as a visitor, or to look to ultimately apply for indefinite leave to remain in the United Kingdom. The rules will differ depending upon who is applying and what status you, as the sponsor hold.
These applications will normally be made from abroad and entry clearance will need to be applied for. If you and your prospective spouse are already in the United Kingdom and intend to marry here you may need to apply for a Certificate of Approval from the Home Office before you can marry.
