Our Litigation Department is able to advice on all areas of litigation in England.
We offer advice to either potential or current Claimants or Defendants and, if proceedings have not already been issued, will endeavour to help you settle the dispute without the necessity of issuing proceedings.
We will advise you on both the law and procedure for dealing with the claim including where necessary obtaining expert advice from Counsel. Our aim is to minimise the impact of a dispute on your personal or business life.
