WHO WE ARE

Courtyard Solicitors  is a firm of solicitors in Wimbledon London SW19. We strive to offer a fast and efficient service to our clients. We aim to do this for every client, whether they are individuals buying a home in Wimbledon or anywhere in the country, small businesses just starting out, or substantial organisations involved in major residential developments or commercial projects.

We like to think we never lose sight of the need of all clients to be able to speak directly to the person dealing with their matter. We realise it’s important for the client to have ready access to their lawyer as soon as possible, in order to answer questions and resolve queries.

The lawyers at Courtyard have wide-ranging expertise in their respective areas of law.  They pride themselves in avoiding the use of confusing legal jargon and instead try to make sense out of what can sometimes be a confusing situation. We seek to  solve our clients’ problems utilising new solutions and with fresh thinking.

Areas covered include:  Property law, including buying and selling family homes or flats, and commercial properties, Commercial and Business matters, Immigration law, Wills and Probate - including questioning the validity of wills and Court of Protection Matters, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Family law and Divorce, Property Disputes, including issues relating to leaseholds at blocks of flats and neighbour disputes.  We have a busy litigation department dealing with various types of dispute both for individuals and for businesses.

We have departments dealing with a wide range of legal areas and therefore can easily refer clients between departments so that all of their matters can be resolved in one place.

Our offices are centrally situated in Wimbledon which has excellent communication links with London via the underground, main line trains and buses. Convenient parking is available within walking distance of the office.
